At the start of the conflict, G\u00e9opolis launched a digital platform chronicling the history of Ukraine. <\/strong><\/p> <div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-buttons-is-layout-f5f78b3b wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\"> <div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/geopolis.brussels\/a-propos\/ukraine\/\">Link to the digital exhibition<\/a><\/div> <\/div> <div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div> <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With a passion for Eastern Europe, and specifically the former USSR, some members of the G\u00e9opolis Centre team know this region very well, particularly Ukraine. A few days before the war began, the centre\u2019s coordinators \u2013 former editors-in-chief of the magazine Gare de l\u2019Est \u2013 were in fact producing a radio report across the length and breadth of Ukraine to mark the 30th anniversary of the collapse of the USSR. <\/p> <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With a passion for Eastern Europe, and specifically the former USSR, some members of the G\u00e9opolis Centre team know this region very well, particularly Ukraine. A few days before the war began, the centre\u2019s coordinators \u2013 former editors-in-chief of the magazine Gare de l\u2019Est \u2013 were in fact producing a radio report across the length and breadth of Ukraine to mark the 30th anniversary of the collapse of the USSR. <\/p> <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">G\u00e9opolis also supported the establishment of the <strong>24 February Group<\/strong>, which brings together researchers, diplomats and community leaders who took action following the outbreak of the conflict.<\/p> <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Building on these various initiatives, G\u00e9opolis has decided to launch an educational platform dedicated to the history of Ukraine.
