After having to close “L’Ascenseur”—its radio/education hub and essential bar/concert venue—at the end of 2024, Géopolis is relocating it to Place du Jeu de Balle in the spring and is launching a crowdfunding campaign to make it happen!
Hundreds of you were present during L’Ascenseur’s closing evenings to celebrate in style the end of this one-of-a-kind venue. Thank you again for the incredible atmosphere collectively created in this place for over 3 years!
The adventure had to stop temporarily, but we are thrilled to announce that it will resume in the coming weeks in an incredible location: the former barracks at Place du Jeu de Balle! A huge thank you to the City of Brussels, and to the attentiveness and support of its teams who made this project possible.
To finance the renovation of the future Poste, Géopolis is calling on the community of its supporters, from visitors to its Tanneurs exhibition space to regulars of L’Ascenseur’s bar/concert venue, and to all those who share the project’s values!
